About Michelle

Hi, I'm Michelle.  I grew up in beautiful Heber Valley, Utah.  I am a Utah County photographer specializing in newborns and families.

I am married to my Mr. Incredible and we have been blessed with some really great kiddos, they keep us busy and bring us so much joy.

When I was young, my dad carried his camera everywhere, capturing the moments of my childhood.  When he handed me his old camera and told me it was mine, I was thrilled to be able capture pictures of everything around me.  I remember sitting on our back porch under our hummingbird feeder, holding perfectly still with my camera at the ready so I could catch that elusive hummingbird photo.  That love for capturing moments with photography has only grown as I watch my kids race through childhood.  

My favorite days are spent with my family in the mountains.  I love hiking, sunsets, and the smell of rain.  I also love Harry Potter, Back to the Future, rasberries, and Kit-Kats.

It wasn't long ago when I witnessed the wonder of fireflies for the very first time in my life.  I had the privilege to share this adventure with my husband and kids.  I am always finding myself wishing that I could freeze these kinds of moments in time.  I know that's impossible, but I can capture those moments with my camera, so that we can re-live the magic we felt in those moments when we look at our photos.  One of my favorite things to hear is when my kids see a picture and say "Oh, I remember that, that was so fun!"

That's my goal as your photographer, to capture those firefly moments and to document things like freckles, dimples, and chunky baby ankles to help you preserve those precious fleeting moments, and bring them back to your memory every time you look at your pictures.
